This Privacy Policy describes how VoucherHost LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use LandlordVoucher.com and RentalVouchers.com (the "Services").
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
Contact form submissions (name, email, message), newsletter signups, and any correspondence you initiate. If you license data, your billing and account information.
Automatically collected
Standard server logs at our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) record IP address, user agent, timestamp, requested URL, and referrer for security and performance purposes. We currently use only Google Search Console, which reports aggregate search queries and clicks; it does not place cookies or track individual users on our site. If we later add an analytics product that sets cookies or identifies individual visitors, this Policy will be updated and the Cookies page will describe the specific cookies used.
2. How we use information
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Services and its data quality.
- Respond to your inquiries.
- Send newsletter or product updates (only if you opt in; unsubscribe any time).
- Detect abuse, scraping, and security threats.
- Generate aggregated, anonymized usage statistics.
3. Sharing of information
We do not sell personal information. We share limited information only with: (a) service providers that host, operate, or secure the Services, specifically Cloudflare (hosting and CDN), Supabase (database), and Resend (transactional email); (b) advertising partners, when ads are served, subject to the Cookies Policy; (c) where required by law, valid subpoena, or to protect rights and safety.
4. Advertising
The Services display ads to support free public access. Ad partners may use first-party and third-party cookies to measure impressions and deliver relevant creative. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your browser's privacy controls or at optout.aboutads.info.
5. Your rights
California (CCPA/CPRA): you may request access, deletion, or correction of your personal information, and opt out of sale/share of personal information. We do not sell personal information; opt-outs for targeted advertising are honored via standard browser signals.
EEA / UK (GDPR): you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest for operating the Services and consent for marketing communications.

6. Retention
Contact submissions: 3 years from last communication. Server logs: up to 90 days. Analytics events: aggregated indefinitely, identifying fields stripped after 26 months.
7. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards (TLS, encrypted backups, access controls). No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of any data.
8. Children
The Services are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be announced on the homepage at least 15 days before taking effect, and the "Last updated" date will be revised.
